Refund Policy

1. General Policy
 

  • All sales for event registrations, apparel, and services are final.

  • No refunds will be issued for participant cancellations, no-shows, or disqualifications from events.
     

2. Event Rescheduling & Cancellations
 

  • If an event is canceled by us, registered participants may receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

  • If an event is postponed, all registrations will be transferred to the new date. If a participant cannot attend, a transfer to another participant may be allowed, but no refunds will be issued.
     

3. Merchandise Sales
 

  • We accept returns for defective products within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or store credit.

  • Apparel and merchandise must be unworn and in original condition to be eligible for a return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
